We are searching for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Assistant to join a fast-paced, dynamic bakery business with a growing footprint

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • 1 year experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Genuine eagerness to assist the kitchen team in achieving operational efficiency
  • Good knowledge of work health safety and food hygiene practices
  • Australian working rights
  • Proven reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25kg

Day to day, our Kitchen Hand will perform duties including but not limited to: 

  • Clean up of kitchen
  • Wash up of equipment
  • Correct disposable and recording of food waste
  • Resetting kitchen for next day
  • Receiving kitchen goods and putting stock away
  • Picking and packing orders from the freezer
