Your Opportunity

Milskil is hiring 7 new positions that will support the development, roll-out and operation of a next generation training system. Flexible start dates.

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts with the following backgrounds:

·      Air Battle Managers (ABM's);

·      Air Mobility Officers (AMO's);

·      Airborne Electronic Analysts (AEA's);

·      Maritime Patrol & Response Officer (MPRO's);

·      Aviation Warfare Officer (AVWO's); or

·      Air Traffic Controllers (ATC's).

As a member of a multi-functional team, you will bring your specialist SME skills, knowledge and experiences to support the development, commissioning and operation of a next generation training system introducing innovative training and simulation technologies. This role will offer significant professional development in your specialisation, and will place you at the forefront of a long-term program and capability.

Locational flexibility will be available for suitable candidates.

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you need the following 
essential

skills and background: 

  • Significant experience as an ABM, AMO, AEA / SENSO, MPRO, AVWO or ATC
  • The ability to apply your operational expertise to emerging technologies
  • Personal and professional skills and attributes necessary to work effectively within a complex developmental program and then in support of the delivery of services
  • The ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplined project team
  • Relevant instructional qualifications or experience will be important for some roles
  • The ability to gain and maintain a Defence security clearance will be required
