Thynk Café Bar is a growing café/bar/restaurant focusing on customer service , amazing food and specialising  in a collection of sprits sourced international and locally . We have an spectacular venue both modern and stylish as our demand grows.

We are on the lookout for Causal food & beverage attendants. If you love a busy, fast-paced, always changing environment, come and join us. Contribute to the team whilst providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times to maximise guest satisfaction.

Full training and support given, ideally you will have previous experience within hospitality and restaurants. This is a varied role that would include , Café work, bar work and special events.

THE ROLE

  • Provide personalised, high standard of service to all guests
  • Café Work- coffee making
  • Bar work - cocktails, wine list, pouring beers
  • Ensure all guests requests are managed in a timely manner
  • Serve food and beverage to guests according to established sequence of service and procedures
  • Lead by example, be humble, respectful and enjoy your work

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience within the hospitality industry is desirable
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, quick moving environment
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and going above and beyond
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

REQUIREMENTS

  • RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • WORKING RIGHTS - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
