Delivering fresh poultry to local retailers and value-adding products to Quick Service Restaurants and food service customers, Baiada are leading the way in the industry through innovation and setting high standards around process and efficiency, which ensures they deliver millions of high-quality products every year. **About the Role:****

  • Processing, packaging, and labelling various chicken and turkey products
  • Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and facilities
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, cold environment, meeting targets, and adhering to strict timeframes
  • Adhering to OH&S and food hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures

**About You**** As a Process Worker, you must be available to work full-time hours. Additionally, you should have:

  • Active working rights in Australia (legally entitled to work)
  • A strong commitment to reliability and punctuality. If you have a proven attendance record and are able to work 5 days a week, we want to hear from you
  • Physical fitness, as all positions are fast-paced, repetitive, and involve manual handling.
