BMR Logistics is an Australian family owned and operated company with almost 25 years experience within the industry. We are accredited with NHVAS, Trucksafe, ISO Accreditations & Food Safe.

We currently have a number of vacancies for a HC/MC truck driver to join our multi facet team and become an integral part of our business, with great work life balance roster. The positions involves transportation of General and Refrigerated Freight.

Qualifications & experience

  • HC/MC Drivers Licence (Manual) (copy of driving history required)
  • BFM Advantageous
  • Good understanding of load restraint for general FTL freight
  • Well presented, good communication skills, reliable, self-motivator and punctual work ethic
  • Knowledge of State /Commonwealth Safety Legislation and standards, follow company compliance for all Safety, Fatigue and policies

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist with Loading and Unloading of freight using company processes and comply with Safety Management systems;
  • Ensure deliveries and time slots are made in within accurate and timely manner;
  • Complete Daily truck & trailer prestart check list & Driver log dockets;
  • Ensure all paperwork (POD's) are correctly signed and submitted to BMR as per company procedures.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure truck/trailers are always clean and safe;
