About the role

As an MC Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. This Full-Time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
  • Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
  • Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Valid MC Licence
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)
  • Ability to provide a current traffic report
  • Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner
  • A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks
  • A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
  • Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing
  • A strong Think Safe attitude
