In-Home Support Worker – All-Rounder (Casual)

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Rainbow Palm Support Services is looking for reliable, compassionate, and flexible In-Home Support Workers to join our growing team

Shifts Available:

  • Inactive Sleepover Shifts
  • Day Shifts
  • Fill-In Shifts (on-call/day-to-day)
  • Weekend Work

Location: Traralgon Vic 3844

About the Role:

As an all-rounder support worker, you'll provide high-quality care and assistance to NDIS participants in their homes. You'll be expected to step in and cover shifts as needed, often on short notice, so adaptability and a can-do attitude are essential.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and sleepovers
  • Reliable transport and ability to travel to various locations
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management
