Allan Real Estate has an exciting opportunity to join our boutique team in Glenelg.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant who thrives in a friendly, supportive team environment. If you enjoy property, have strong customer service skills, and are looking for a long-term career in real estate, this could be the perfect role for you.

While experience in property management and a current licence is beneficial, it's not essential. We're open to training the right person who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in the industry. This position is available as either full time or part time for the right applicant.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the property management team with leasing, inspections, maintenance, and admin
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations involved in managing rental portfolios
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Maintaining accurate records in property management systems
  • Once trained, taking on your own small portfolio of properties

What you'll need:

  • A current South Australian Property Management Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Confidence with computers and admin systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
