We're Hiring Multiple Support Worker Roles - Port Macquarie & Taree Region

About the Roles

You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their homes and community settings.

We're seeking caring and reliable workers who can assist clients with daily living, promote independence, and enhance wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep, etc.)
  • Delivering personal care and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Supporting clients with Dementia care and aged-related needs
  • Assisting people with disabilities to achieve goals and participate in the community
  • Promoting safety, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and care teams

Requirements

  • Experience in Home Care, Aged Care, and/or Disability Support
  • Proven skills in Domestic Assistance and Dementia Awareness
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Manual Handling and Infection Control training
  • Reliable transport and flexibility for varied shifts
  • Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach
