About the RoleWe are searching for a team player looking to build upon their customer service experience and step into the realm of wholesale music and audio products. This role will primarily be responsible for keying in sales orders, supporting our Sales Managers with queries and providing customer service to our dealer network and customers.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the successful applicant will have a superior hawk-eye attention to detail, while thriving inputting data to a high standard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door to the music product industry, or step across from retail into the realm of music wholesale.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role:- Process sales orders, stock allocations and returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and escalate order flow issues related to credit holds and blocked orders
- Provide support to dealers via phone and email, regarding sales offers, order processing and general enquiries
- Assist customers with pre-sales enquiries, including product features and benefits and stock availability
- Liaise with all departments to expedite shipping, service, and credit outcomes for all stakeholders
- Support sales activities and generate sales within the dealer network under the direction of the Sales Support Manager and National Sales Manager
- Provide market information and general dealer feedback to relevant Sales and Marketing Managers
- Participate in events, including but not limited to local and interstate dealer conferences, road shows, artist performances, and dealer and customer training
- Other duties as required
- A working knowledge of the music product industry
- A thorough understanding of musical instruments or professional audio, related technologies, trends and buyer behaviour
- Sales experience in selling premium products or brands
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Methodical worker with highly developed time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Previous experience working with Salesforce (CRM) and/or SAP (CRP) will be highly regarded

This role is open to start in February 2026 and we encourage early applications. It is a full-time position working from our head office in South Melbourne. We have a hybrid work model in place, working Mondays and Fridays from home, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from the office.
