Zambrero is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant focused on fresh, healthy food and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team and help drive a positive and productive store culture.

About the Role:

As the Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the team and ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager by motivating staff, delivering great customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team during rostered shifts
  • Delegate tasks and manage break schedules
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Ensure store cleanliness and completion of closing procedures
  • Assist with stock control, wastage tracking, and cash handling

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a supervisor/team leader in hospitality or fast-food
  • Confident communicator who can motivate and guide a team
  • Able to stay calm under pressure during busy periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates strong work ethic
  • Available for nights and weekends (rotating roster)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $49.39 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
