With rapidly growing research centres of excellence such as the ARC Centre for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Constructive Institute Asia Pacific, and the Climate Change Communication Research Hub, the Faculty is poised for bold advancement.

As Faculty General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the administrative, resource and business planning functions of the Faculty, supporting the Dean and collaborating with the broader Faculty Leadership Team to deliver high-quality academic and research programs aligned with Monash's 'Impact 2030' strategy. Overseeing operations that span more than 17,000 students, 500 staff and $250 million in revenue, you will lead a diverse portfolio including academic and student services, financial management, graduate studies, marketing and communications, research support and strategic planning.

About You

Entrepreneurial in spirit and grounded in purpose, you give voice to your values and lead with integrity. You see what needs to evolve, champion new ways of working, and have the courage to stop what no longer serves us.

Above all, you understand where Monash Arts is headed, and you know how to help us get there.
