We're Hiring: Industrial Electrician
We are seeking a A Class skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial environments. You'll work with complex machinery, control systems, and power distribution equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial automation systems and renewable energy infrastructure while contributing to the growth of one of Australia's most advanced and versatile mills. Strong fault-finding abilities and industrial automation experience are essential.

What You'll Do
Engineer, Install and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs

Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Document work performed and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum qualified 'A' Class Electrician certification
  • Expertise inindustrial automation systemsand manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of WHS practices and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated fault finding and problem-solving skills in industrial settings
  • Experience with SCADA and Citect systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and Omron PLC platforms (desirable)
  • Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and maintenance tools
  • High risk work licences for working at heights and confined spaces (desirable)
  • Experience in highly automated manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility for day shift Monday to Friday with adjustable start times
