About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager of Employment Services and multiple Employment Consultants to join our team. These roles work closely together to deliver holistic and culturally safe employment support within the community.

About You

To qualify for these positions, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Community Development, Human Resources or similar, and experience in employment services, community development, or a related field.

You may be a strong fit for the Manager role if you also have:

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or programs
