About the Role

As APAC Expansion Director, you will take ownership of new market entry and growth strategy across Asia-Pacific. This is a high-impact role, combining business development, channel partnerships, and regional strategy.

You will build relationships with hospital executives, health ministries, and distributors, while ensuring regulatory pathways are navigated effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the APAC expansion strategy for medical devices and healthcare technology

  • Identify and secure partnerships with hospital groups, health systems, and distributors

  • Lead negotiations and agreements across priority APAC markets

  • Manage regulatory and compliance considerations in each jurisdiction

  • Collaborate with product, regulatory, and operations teams to adapt solutions for regional markets

  • Represent the brand at APAC healthcare conferences, trade shows, and government forums

Your Background

  • Proven track record in international business development within medical devices, digital health, or healthcare services

  • Strong knowledge of APAC healthcare markets and distribution models

  • Experience managing complex negotiations with hospitals, health ministries, and regional partners

  • Understanding of medical regulatory environments across APAC

  • Exceptional relationship-building, commercial, and cross-cultural skills
