We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 
CAD team
 to assist in completing 
interior design documentation
 for a high-end hospitality resort project. The scope includes preparing and finalizing 
tender drawings
, ensuring all documentation meets industry standards and aligns with the design intent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and finalize interior design drawings for tender submission
  • Coordinate with our design team to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Produce detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details as required
  • Maintain CAD standards and file organization throughout the process
  • Deliver work within agreed timelines and quality expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 
    hospitality or resort projects
     (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in 
    AutoCAD
     (knowledge of Revit is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of 
    interior detailing and construction documentation
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with our team
  • Capacity to handle tight deadlines without compromising quality

Project Duration:

Short-term, project-based engagement with immediate start. Potential for future collaborations based on performance.
