About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Marketing Coordinator to join our New Projects team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of luxury residential developments. From coordinating timelines and suppliers to executing marketing campaigns and managing project documentation, you'll ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working collaboratively to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key focus areas for the role include:

  • Coordinate the delivery of end-to-end project marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels with accuracy, timeliness, and strong workflow management.
  • Act as a key liaison between developers, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring clear, proactive communication and consistent updates.
  • Coordinate launch preparation, onboarding processes, collateral distribution, and ongoing project-lifecycle coordination.
  • Coordinate to ensure accuracy across listings, portals, stock lists, and marketing materials while coordinating physical and digital collateral needs.
  • Support buyer and developer experience frameworks, deliver high-quality service touchpoints, and coordinate activities.

Success in this role will look like:

  • Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to premium standards.
  • Marketing campaigns executed seamlessly with strong engagement and brand consistency.
  • Accurate and timely reporting to developers.
  • Positive feedback from internal teams, suppliers, and clients on coordination and communication.
  • A reputation for being the go-to person for organisation, problem-solving, and execution excellence.

About You

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Experienced in project coordination, marketing support, or a similar role within property or real estate.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
