OverviewKey Selection CriteriaThe successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the information technology sector, including significant experience managing and leading teams.
  • Proven experience in managing large and complex ICT projects and programs, applying sound project and change management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and stakeholder management, including contractors, consultants and cross-functional staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Prince2 and Agile.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Experience in preparing business cases and managing project budgets (particularly for the fixed-term Digital Minor Works role).
