Warehouse Storeperson - High Reach Forklift Operator
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson with strong high reach forklift skills to join a well-established and safety-focused team. This role offers consistent full-time hours and the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Location: Clayton South
Pay rate: $34 ph + super
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30pm
Employment: Casual ongoing - Temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate
- Perform warehousing duties in line with company procedures
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock as needed
- Operate forklifts (Toyota - high reach and counterbalance) to move and store goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures
- Take on warehouse leadership duties in the supervisor's absence
- Assist with non-warehouse tasks as required
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating high reach forklifts (Toyota preferred)
- LF Forklift Licence - essential
- Manual handling required
- Experience with order picking, stock rotation, RF scanning, and cycle counting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify order discrepancies
- Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Comfortable working in a casual role with the potential for permanent placement
- Reliable and physically fit with a strong safety mindset
