Warehouse Storeperson - High Reach Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson with strong high reach forklift skills to join a well-established and safety-focused team. This role offers consistent full-time hours and the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

Location: Clayton South

Pay rate: $34 ph + super

Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 4:30pm

Employment: Casual ongoing - Temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform warehousing duties in line with company procedures
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and safely
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock as needed
  • Operate forklifts (Toyota - high reach and counterbalance) to move and store goods
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures
  • Take on warehouse leadership duties in the supervisor's absence
  • Assist with non-warehouse tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating high reach forklifts (Toyota preferred)
  • LF Forklift Licence - essential
  • Manual handling required
  • Experience with order picking, stock rotation, RF scanning, and cycle counting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify order discrepancies
  • Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable working in a casual role with the potential for permanent placement
  • Reliable and physically fit with a strong safety mindset
