About the Role
We're hiring a dependable and adaptable
Floater
to support both the
Call Center
and
Cashier
teams. This role covers shifts during vacations and absences to keep operations running smoothly. When not covering, you'll work a consistent schedule in the Call Center.

Key Responsibilities Cashier

  • Greet customers professionally and provide excellent service
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and give correct change
  • Assist customers with questions or concerns

Call Center

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
  • Dispatch service requests and report operational issues
  • Monitor alerts to ensure efficient facility operations

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Cash-handling experience required
  • Flexible to work in both roles and adapt to changing needs
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 10 lbs.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
