Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
  • Replenish stock and ensure high levels of store presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Follow safety and operational standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Guide junior team members and mentor them to finish daily job duties
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing is current & promotions are accurate and merchandised
  • Monitor and control stock levels
  • Have an understanding of all store departments (Grocery, Deli and Produce) and the ability to perform the basic job duties

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn new skills and have training and knowledge of all the store departments
