We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Bar/Floor Team Member.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. This involves making and delivering drinks, as well as serving food in a timely and efficient manner.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of venue cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards. This may involve assisting in other areas of the venue as required, including supporting events and functions.

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be a reliable and hardworking team player, and demonstrate pride and passion for the industry. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, with a willingness to work a mix of days, nights and weekends.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Valid QLD RSA Certification
  • Previous experience in the industry

Prior experience in a related field or possession of relevant qualifications such as Food Handlers or Food Supervisors certification, Bar experience or Cocktail Bar experience would be highly regarded.
