ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Civil Mobile Plant Operator (Front-End Loader) with Ertech, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality works across major infrastructure and land development projects. You'll work alongside other experienced operators and supervisors to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working outdoors as part of a collaborative crew, and understands the importance of safety and quality on site.

ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS FOR THE FEL ROLE

  • Front-End Loader National competency ticket
  • Proven experience operating FELs on civil, subdivision, or infrastructure projects, including trenching, backfilling, bulk earthworks, and material handling.
  • Ability to work effectively within a civil construction crew and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Excavator ticket, highly desirable
  • HR Licence
  • White card
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and AOD screening.
  • Full Australian Working Rights
