MGM Bulk is launching a brand-new iron ore operation at McPhee Creek in 2026,** and we're building our foundation team of high-performing Front End Loader Operators. This is a rare chance to step into a clean-slate operation with new equipment, strong leadership, modern camp facilities and a values-led culture built from day one. We are seeking experienced loader operators to support our new McPhee Creek operation, based both at the brand-new McPhee Creek Camp and, at the established and industry leading Roy Hill Camp, often called the Pilbara Hilton.

Purpose-Built Mine Site Operation

Work exclusively within both the McPhee Mine loading ROM, or, the unloading point at the Roy Hill based ROM Stockyard, both of which are supported by new workshops, maintenance teams and modern infrastructure

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- Earn upwards of $57/hr full time or $61/hr casual
- Weekly pay + super on ALL hours
- 5 weeks annual leave
- FIFO from any capital city within Australia (Including Townsville and Cairns)

- FIFO 2:1 (WA Residents)
- FIFO 4:2 (Interstate)

12-hour day and night shifts.

- Experience operating Front End Loaders
- Loadrite competency (desirable)
- Loader ticket (preferred)
- Strong safety mindset
