What You'll Be Doing:

As a Store Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our store. Your day might include:

  • Delivering standout customer service with a smile.
  • Processing sales and returns.
  • Replenishing and merchandising stock to keep the store looking fresh.
  • Working as part of a fun, supportive team that celebrates wins together.

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced setting (a plus, not a must).
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a love for customer interaction.
  • A flair for merchandising and a passion for great products.
  • Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What to Expect in the Recruitment Process:

  • Apply and create a Workday profile.
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a TJX form to schedule in their preferred day and time slot of our Group Recruitment Assessment on the 27-28 August.
  • Complete Australian Working Rights Check
  • Successful candidates will join our induction program on 15 September.
