Flagship Store Manager – Bondi Junction

Glassons is seeking a dynamic senior leader to drive excellence at one of our most iconic locations, this is your moment to lead, influence, and inspire a passionate team.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead the team at our premier Glassons Bondi Junction store.

As our Flagship Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the business, leading our customer and operations teams, delivering next-level customer experiences, and driving strong commercial results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Cultivating a strong, positive team culture aligned with Glassons' values

  • Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing retail team to exceed customer expectations and sales goals

  • Using store performance data to drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs

  • Responsible for the seamless execution of daily store operations, including strategic team rostering, inventory management, and oversight of financials.

  • Have a strong understanding of business acumen.

  • Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation that reflects the Glassons' identity

  • Ensuring the store meets all health, safety, security, and compliance standards

  • Collaborating with regional and head office teams to implement brand initiatives and marketing activations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Cluster/Regional Manager in a high-volume retail environment, ideally in fashion or apparel

  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering strong sales and operational results

  • Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage and develop teams

  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to creating memorable in-store experiences

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • A flexible, hands-on approach and availability to work weekends and peak trading periods
