We have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) Training Coordinator to join our Blackwater operations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Engage, prepare and onboard new team members.
  • Promote a safety and learning culture throughout the business.
  • Coordinate training resources as required.
  • Plan and book new and refresher training.
  • Maintain training matrix and employee records.
  • Assisting in the updating and developing of site systems.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in training and site authorisation process.
  • Understanding of training requirements in the mining industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
