As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to be the face of our venue.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive and respectful experience. You'll be responsible for front desk duties including:

• Greeting and welcoming clients an visitors to our establishment
• Handling bookings and enquiries (in person, phone, and online)
• Managing entry and payments discreetly and efficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Supporting staff coordination and shift changes
• Ensuring front-of-house areas are clean and welcoming

What We Are Looking For

• Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in an adult industry environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Availability for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• Candidates must have Australian work rights.
