Receptionist/administrator

Token Group is looking for a Fabulous Receptionist

7 month position - possibility of permanency.

Due to an internal secondment, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist in our busy Melbourne head office. This is a role perfect someone who wants an entry level step into the Entertainment industry.

Token Group is four companies, Token Artists, Token Events, Creative Rep and Guesswork Television.

Token Events tour Token Artists’ clients around Australia and around the world.

This role will meet and greet all of our guests, be the first point of contact for people calling in, make sure the office is Covid safe and that we never run out of coffee. You will make sure all the press clippings related to our artists are stored, you will also assist with other administration tasks, There is always something new happening, so one day can be very different from the next.

You need to be super organised, really friendly and have a cheery disposition. You will take pride in making things run smoothly and make sure people that interact with us have a great first impression.

This is an entry level role; you will probably have some real-world experience but the thought of working with us should make you tingle. We don’t imagine this is your forever job. It is a perfect way to get into this business and impress us all and be primed to take another opportunity in the future. In order to do this though, you will need to be an amazing receptionist first
