About the Role

The Nurse/Midwife Manager 5 provides leadership across the facility / service by the management, development and implementation of sustainable strategies that facilitate efficient and effective delivery of high quality patient care and efficient use of resources.

Ideal Candidate

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Extensive recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the organisation at a local level.
