We are seeking an experienced Group Compliance Manager to drive compliance strategy, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster a culture of integrity and risk awareness across the Group.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a group-wide compliance framework.
- Manage product compliance, market registrations, packaging and labelling reviews for Australian and international markets.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations, ensuring GMP and company standards are met.
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure dangerous goods compliance.
- Lead ESG reporting obligations, including Climate Active and APCO requirements.
- Oversee facility compliance, maintenance, vendor management, and emergency preparedness.
- Provide proactive advice to senior leaders on compliance, risk, and governance matters.
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, Commerce, WHS, Compliance, or Quality.
- 4–6 years' experience in a compliance, risk, or governance role.
- Strong understanding of Australian regulatory environments, with exposure to international compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures that balance compliance with commercial needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
