Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Fruit Farm Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our fruit farm, including planting, harvesting, and packaging fruits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plant, maintain, and harvest fruits according to company standards and procedures

- Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors and harvesters

- Sort and grade fruits for packaging and distribution

- Pack and label fruits for shipment

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

- Communicate any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor

- Assist with other farm duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture is preferred

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed
