An exciting opportunity has become available to be an integral part of our Operations Leadership recruitment team. This team partners closely with the Coles Group business nationally to deliver high quality talent into our operations leadership roles. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. About the Role - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, based at our Store Support Centre in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You'll have previous experience managing high volume end to end recruitment (ideally within a multi-site retail business or similar), partnering strategically with stakeholders, candidate management and proactive sourcing and be a strong and supportive team player. This role is best suited to someone who has strong communication skills, a proactive approach, can work calmly under pressure and possesses a professional work ethic.
You'll also:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring great candidate care and hiring manager experiences
- Partner with a range of business stakeholders, providing insights and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
- Conduct proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to secure talent and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
- Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
- Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering for and delighting our stakeholders and candidates.
About you and your skills
- Experience with end-to-end high-volume recruitment in a retail environment
- Results driven with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven and successful background as a proactive and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or agency function
