We're thrilled to partner with the team at zazen Water - the gravity fed water system that mimics water the nature intended it to be - alkaline, mineral rich and a living energetic force. This is not a water filter, it's a way of being. As someone who has embarked on a health journey or practices the health sciences I'm no doubt speaking to the converted, and we want you on board to share the zazen way with their passionate & health conscious customers.

We're hiring a
Customer Experience Manager
and whilst it's important you've worked in sales & customer service historically, this is sales team like you've never known it. Anti sales. It's education and conversation.

Your role will cover:

  • Lead, coach & develop the Sales & Customer Service team to achieve KPIs and uphold SLA standards
  • Oversee sales performance reporting, forecasting and margin analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Operations to align campaigns, promotions and inventory
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and lead management (SugarCRM, Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias)
  • Develop & deliver the annual B2B and Direct Consumer sales budgets and growth plans

This role is deal for someone who:

  • Has experience in leading Customer Service, Customer Experience or Sales, preferably in wellness, FMCG or premium consumer brands
  • Is a passionate advocate for natural health. Possibly you've worked as a Health Practitioner or in health food stores, or like us, you're an avid consumer of health related content & lifestyle
  • Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver sales budgets
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting and reporting capability
  • Is a self-starter. There's so much to learn about water, energetics, systems and parts. Whilst Zazen are committed to that learning journey very likely spanning 3-6 months, we need to know that you're seeking out and absorbing content with a ravishing thirst

Some details to get across:

  • The role is 8:30 - 5 Mon to Fri, based in Milton, with onsite parking available.
  • Perhaps 2-3 times a year you might be required to work a weekend, for events like conferences and expos
  • Whilst we use the term 'sales', this is not a hard selling environment. It's about understanding, educating and offering a solution.
