About the Sadleirs Finance Team
We seek a driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join our diverse and dynamic Finance team. This is a Head office role looking after the many business units in the group, thus an opportunity to learn and gain experience in many different industries.

A contract part-time role for 22.8 hours, where you have the flexibility to set out a roster that works for you. Can be over 3 days or spread out over 5 days i.e. "school hours".
In this role you will:
- Ensure that all accounts payable activities are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to company standards
- Adhere to all relevant accounting regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable
What you'll need
- Strong Accounts payable experience is a MUST. At least 5+ years.
- High attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and appropriate mathematical ability (calculating adjustments, resolving disputes about relating to charges, assessing financial impacts for recommendations etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills, both for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage workloads
- Ability to operate within a team
- The ability to work autonomously and unsupervised and/or work autonomous
- The right to live and work in Australia
