The Cheesecake Shop - Prospect is seeking to hire a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The suitable candidate will serve as the "face" of our company and work directly with our customers to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
. Taking orders while paying attention to details.
. Promptly responding to customer queries on the phone or in person.
. Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
. Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service.
Required Qualifications:
. Proven customer support experience.
. Strong active listening skills.
. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
. Patience in handling difficult customers and building rapport quickly.
