This exceptional opportunity is with a highly regarded property fund manager, renowned within the industry as an employer of choice for many. Following a period of major success, the company is now looking to strengthen its already high performing finance team by adding a Senior Fund Accountant to the team.
Due to a large amount of growth, this brilliant Senior Fund Accountant role has become available. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing financial/ management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing management packs
- Financial statements
- Providing analytical insights
- Distribution calculations for funds
- Process improvement initiatives
For you to be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 3-5 years' experience inside a large complex commercial business or a top tier chartered firm. Additionally, you will need to be a fantastic communicator, possess strong technical accounting skills and be a team player.
