Job Description
Are you a product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and workflow innovation? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our flagship professional research platforms—RP Data (AU) and Property Guru (NZ)used daily by real estate agents, valuers, and brokers across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll drive the evolution of these mission-critical tools, transforming complex property data into intuitive experiences that professionals rely on to grow their businesses and advise clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and our loyal user base to deliver high-impact features that elevate research, automate workflows, and deepen platform engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for RP Data and Property Guru's core research experience.
- Drive AI Innovation: Lead the discovery and delivery of AI-enabled features that automate research and surface predictive insights.
- Engage with Users: Partner directly with our clients to understand their needs and validate product direction.
- Accelerate Growth: Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to implement product-led growth (PLG) strategies that boost activation, adoption, and tier upgrades.
- Deliver with Impact: Work daily with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track key metrics including DAU, retention, feature adoption, and subscription conversion rates.
Essential
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or workflow-intensive software.
- Proven success launching and iterating on complex, data-centric products.
- Experience working in agile teams with engineering, design, and data specialists.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making.
Preferred
- Experience executing PLG strategies, especially with tiered subscription models.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics in user-facing products.
- Background in PropTech, FinTech, or professional data services.
- Experience building for both web and native mobile platforms.
