The Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Hydraulic Service Technician / Fitter to join our skilled team. This is a hands-on role offering diverse and engaging work across our modern workshop and client sites throughout South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems.
  • Overhaul and bench test pumps, motors, and cylinders.
  • Build, upgrade, test, and commission hydraulic power units.
  • Perform hydraulic tube forming, pipe fitting, and hose assembly.
  • Carry out general fabrication and machining tasks.
  • Support workshop operations and general maintenance.
  • (If experienced) Diagnose and repair closed-loop transmission and electro-hydraulic systems.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • A Certificate in a relevant Engineering/Mechanical Trade (e.g., Fitting & Machining or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance).
  • Strong hands-on experience in maintenance fitting.
  • General metal fabrication skills.
  • Professional presentation and communication.
