Workshop Fitter

We are currently seeking an experienced **Workshop Fitter** to join our team in **Adelaide**. You will perform assembly, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment for our valued customers.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Overhauling all minor and major hydraulic and mechanical components from our Hitachi construction, equipment range
- Assembly and fitment of attachments and components to new machine builds
- Ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner
- Undertaking diagnostic and repair work
- Conduct basic failure analysis and identify specific modes of failure
- Completion and submission of all relevant paperwork and reports
- Liaising with technical support staff
- Providing timely customer service

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will hold relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification
- Experience with earthmoving equipment or on highway vehicles.
- Good communication skills
- Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
