We're Hiring: Experienced Barista

THE CUP is looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our fast-paced team in Dubbo.

We're a busy café, so you must be able to maintain top quality while working quickly under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a main barista
  • Strong technical skills in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork — being a team player is essential
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
