ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Step into a key leadership role at Elka Armadale, where fashion meets exceptional service. As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading a passionate team, and delivering an unforgettable in-store experience. You'll bring energy, initiative, and a love for style to help shape a thriving retail environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Driving sales and hitting key performance targets (KPIs)
• Ensuring the store is beautifully presented and merchandised to reflect the Elka aesthetic
• Handling stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and stocktakes

ABOUT YOU

• You have previous retail experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• You're passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a premium customer experience
• You lead with positivity, professionalism, and a hands-on attitude
• You're confident in coaching and developing a team to succeed
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love achieving sales targets
• You have strong communication and organisational skills
