The Opportunity: Director / Nominated Supervisor

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Location: Woolloongabba
• Hours: 38 hours with flexibility

Must haves

• A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
• Current Qld Blue Card.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
• Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
• Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.

About Us: PA Hospital Early Education Centre is located on the grounds of the PA Hospital at Woolloongabba. We have been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) & recently assessed in February 2025. Our Centre opened in May 2009 and cares for up to 75 children aged from birth to school age and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.
