We are seeking to fill positions for Day, Afternoon, Night Shift and Weekend Shifts as a Property Watch Coordinator at Cavalo Prestige, Melbourne's newest prestige automotive dealership in Docklands.

About the Role

As a Property Watch Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and safeguarding our dealership's yard, ensuring the security of high-value vehicles and assets. This role is crucial in deterring unauthorised access, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the dealership premises, particularly during after-hours and weekends.

Monitor and control access to the yard, ensuring only authorised personnel enter.

Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security concerns promptly.

Work closely with management to implement security protocols.

Maintain detailed records of any security-related incidents or observations.

Assist in coordinating vehicle movements as required.

Data entry required on ECLIPSE system - computer skills desired

Some Administration duties

Security Licence II in Security Operations required

About You:

Reliable, vigilant, and able to work independently.

Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and act swiftly in response to security concerns.

Good communication skills for liaising with staff and management.

Previous experience in property protection, asset control, or a similar role is highly regarded.

Available for day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts.
