The Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified Electrician (SAA Accredited preferred but not essential) to join our growing Adelaide team.

You'll work on a diverse mix of residential and small commercial solar and battery systems, along with switchboard upgrades, fault-finding, and general electrical work.

This role suits a professional who takes pride in their work, values safety and compliance, and wants to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

What You'll Do
  • Install, commission, and maintain solar PV and battery systems to a high standard
  • Perform switchboard upgrades, meter isolations, and general electrical work
  • Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, SAA guidelines, and WHS regulations
  • Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with apprentices, solar teams, and management
What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Current SA Electrical Licence
  • White Card, Working at Heights, and Driver's Licence
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Highly Desirable:

  • SAA Accreditation (Solar and/or Battery) – desired but Pratt Electrical will fully cover all training and accreditation costs for the right candidate
  • Experience in solar/battery fault-finding and commissioning
