As a
Developer
in our team your will be working on low-code platforms and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining digital forms, workflow automations, and integrations that support enterprise data collection and process automation. The role focuses on both the configuration of forms and workflows within the platform and, where required, on custom development and integration activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure digital forms and guided user experiences using the low-code environment.
  • Implement process automation, including workflow logic, data validation rules, and approval pathways.
  • Integrate low-code solutions with internal and external systems via APIs, web services, and connectors, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX specialists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare documentation, user guides, and release notes for developed solutions.
  • Support deployment and provide post-implementation technical assistance and enhancements.

Skills and Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with low-code platform form design and configuration; prior work with similar forms automation or CCM platforms is highly valued.
  • Good understanding of enterprise integration (APIs, REST, SOAP).
  • Familiarity with basic programming (e.g., Java, .NET) and scripting is often desirable but not always required for configuration roles.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to multi-task, work collaboratively, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
