About Us:

We are a leading wholesale tyre company committed to delivering quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our operations with accurate and timely data management.

The Role:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer orders, invoices, and inventory records. You will also assist with GST calculations and currency conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update customer orders, invoices, and inventory records accurately.
  • Verify data and correct discrepancies in consultation with relevant teams.
  • Assist with GST calculations and basic currency conversions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Generate and provide reports to management as required.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth data flow.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of GST and ability to perform simple currency conversions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in wholesale, logistics, or automotive/tyre industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar).
