Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter Purchase Orders into SAP
  • Contact customers to confirm any anomalies in Purchase Orders (as required)
  • Assist in identifying and correcting data entry errors
  • Ensure data is entered with a high degree of accuracy
  • Follow strict internal processes and procedures
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

  • A good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
