Life Stream Australia has opportunities for Support Workers to become a part of a great team supporting Participants with an intellectual disability in the greater Brisbane region. Work may involve community access programs, weekend leisure programs and STA support.

Life Stream Australia is a NDIS registered service provider and as such, require employees to have a NDIS Worker Screening Card (or capacity to get this). Employees are required to have (or have the capacity to get) their first aid certificate (including CPR), a smart phone and a reliable vehicle. Employees are also required to undertake a range of training.
