Your new company
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dynamic and proactive Talent & Engagement Officer to join a values-driven organisation in Darwin. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the following
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate staff movements, performance reviews, and development tracking
- Lead engagement initiatives including surveys, recognition programs, and wellbeing activities
- Maintain HR systems, compliance, and reporting
- Represent the organisation at career expos and recruitment events
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications and experience in HR or related fields
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS, databases, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Cultural competency, especially in working with Indigenous communities
